The Site Manager is responsible for effective management, administration, and control of business functions at identified client site(s). This person oversees the timely and effective resolution of all services contracted by the client while exhibiting exceptional customer service, overall operational efficiency and quality of business services.
Under direct supervision, the Field Support Representative (FSR) is assigned to a temporary in-house talent pool which provides replacement and/or short-term administrative services in place of Office Service Reps (and others) who are out of the office. The FSR will be assigned a home location but will be scheduled to visit other client sites within the region to provide multiple disciplines (fax, print, mail, reception and other duties, as assigned).

As a member of our Field Support Team, you will typically work a full-time 40 hours per week schedule filling in for other Associates in a variety of admin/office, customer service to hospitality related roles. This job will require you to travel locally based on the assignment(s). The frequency of travel per week can vary and in some markets, travel can be done by mass transit. Canon will reimburse you for any work related mileage you drive between these sites.

Act as the first point of contact for outside visitors, vendors, etc. Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. May arrange for transportation services when needed.
