Canon Business Process Services is looking for an energetic and experienced customer service/concierge professional with Executive Level / VIP communications proficiency, both written and verbal.
This position requires that candidates have a positive attitude, decorum, interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, the ability to multitask, and a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants must be skilled with the Microsoft Office suite as well as able to quickly learn new platforms. Work hours may require early mornings and/or late evenings depending on business needs and events. Professionals in this position are highly visible and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances, and demonstrate critical thinking in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities:
· Greet staff and guests entering the facility. · Efficiently register guests and direct them to the person with whom they are meeting. · Courteously address requests, solve problems, and ensure prompt follow up accordingly. · Represent the client business with a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

EDUCATION | Equivalent to two years junior college |
EXPERIENCE NECESSARY | Approximately 3 years customer service related experience, preferably in a hotel setting |
KNOWLEDGE | Ability to perform basic math. |
COMPUTER SKILLS | Intermediate computer skills, including excel; ability to utilize web-based system to secure/edit reservations |
