Responsible for the management of the loading dock, ensuring a safe, secure, organized and efficient operation. In collaboration with multiple support departments, the supervisor is responsible for ensuring and maintaining an environment that provides for the efficient and effective flow of goods and services to their respective receiving departments.

Under general supervision, is responsible for complete knowledge and understanding of litigation support software in customer location i.e. iPro, Law, Doculex, Adobe etc. Ability to operate scanning equipment including Ricoh, Kodak, Canon, Minolta etc. Coordinate, preparation, prioritize, process and quality check, documents for scanning, electronic file conversions, electronic stamping, blowbacks, indexing, load files, specified delivery media etc. Complete all projects per customer’s requests within established time frames. The Supply Specialist I will perform tasks related to receiving, distribution and inventory management within the healthcare industry.

Under general supervision, is responsible for picking, packing and shipping of all inbound and outbound shipments along with the duties associated with shipment preparation. The incumbent prepares bills of lading for freight carriers, assists in loading trucks and obtains signatures on shipments. Responsible for counting & recording material to ensure accuracy of shipment and receipt; performs related duties as required.

Under direct supervision, the Field Support Representative (FSR) is assigned to a temporary in-house talent pool which provides replacement and/or short-term administrative services in place of Office Service Reps (and others) who are out of the office.  The FSR will be assigned a home location but will be scheduled to visit other client sites within the region to provide multiple disciplines (fax, print, mail, reception and other duties, as assigned). Manages the traffic flow into and out of the Dock area along with the assignment of the dock bays.

The Print Operator will provide exceptional customer service and solutions for client's copy/print needs. Will follow production processes to produce quality, professionally finished products using print and production equipment for cutting, binding and laminating.
