Under general supervision, is responsible for all mail, packages and interoffice correspondence handling and dispatching for all classes of mail/packages. Responsibilities may also include copy center activities, reception, hospitality and/or other duties as assigned. 

Responsible for overseeing benefit carrier performance for all health, welfare and retirement plans to ensure that plans are administered accurately. Manages the occupational and non-occupational leave benefits to ensure minimal employee absence and minimal corporate expense. Acts in the absence of the Manager, Benefits.

Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for picking, packing, and all physical & system material movements which support the warehouse activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, FIFO inventory movements, processing shipments, locating inbound materials, cycle counting and all system corresponding transactions. All activities supports annual targets in line with business Order fill, Case fill, Inventory accuracy, Gross Sales Volume and Manufacturing production requirements. Material Handlers will also be accountable for the accuracy of material financial system integrity.

This position is responsible for the cleaning and processing of reusable pumps and durable medical equipment. The cleaning and processing of equipment includes all medical infusion and feeding pumps, bili-blankets, dialysis machines, commodes, shower chairs, and other equipment as directed by the Materials Distribution Management Leadership.

The Inventory Technician processes requests, pulling, and delivering of stock items to ordering departments. Also responsible for receiving and delivering special orders item(s) to the appropriate departments.

The Supply Specialist II will perform tasks related to receiving, distribution and inventory management within the healthcare industry.

Plans and manages central supply functions to ensure efficient operations in processing, sterilization, and distribution of medical supplies. Coordinates activities of employees engaged in furnishing sterile and non-sterile supplies and equipment for use in care and treatment of patients in a medical facility. Oversees activities of workers engaged in cleaning, assembling, and packing of linens, gowns, dressings, gloves, treatment trays, instruments, and related items.

Under general supervision, is responsible for picking, packing and shipping of all inbound and outbound shipments along with the duties associated with shipment preparation. The incumbent prepares bills of lading for freight carriers, assists in loading trucks and obtains signatures on shipments. Responsible for counting & recording material to ensure accuracy of shipment and receipt; performs related duties as required.

The incumbent prepares bills of lading for freight carriers, assists in loading trucks and obtains signatures on shipments. The Site Supervisor supervises the daily operations of the office services team. Delivers office services such as document processing and retention, mail and messenger, office equipment, purchasing, and facilities maintenance that meet the needs of the client.

Under general supervision, is responsible for complete knowledge and understanding of litigation support software in customer location i.e. iPro, Law, Doculex, Adobe etc. Ability to operate scanning equipment including Ricoh, Kodak, Canon, Minolta etc. Coordinate, preparation, prioritize, process and quality check, documents for scanning, electronic file conversions, electronic stamping, blowbacks, indexing, load files, specified delivery media etc. Complete all projects per customer’s requests within established time frames. The Records Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team working at a site's records department. Responsible for overseeing the storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all records.

The Claims Clerk  will review insurance claims forms and documents for accuracy and completion and obtain missing information as necessary. Determines claims coverage by examining company records.
