Under general supervision, the Warehouse Team Lead supports the Site Supervisor and Warehouse Manager, with providing direction and instruction to team members assigned to their department(s). The Warehouse Team Lead is a warehouse worker who is responsible for guiding a group of employees within a specific department, communicates department goals, ensures productivity goals are met, and communicates safety practices.

Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for picking, packing, and all physical & system material movements which support the warehouse activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, FIFO inventory movements, processing shipments, locating inbound materials, cycle counting and all system corresponding transactions. All activities supports annual targets in line with business Order fill, Case fill, Inventory accuracy, Gross Sales Volume and Manufacturing production requirements. Material Handlers will also be accountable for the accuracy of material financial system integrity

The MRO Materials Coordinator maintains ownership of the MRB (Material Review Board) value stream, and works with the Materials and Engineering teams to disposition MRB (Maintenance Review Board) material for each engine shop visit and return its value to market for all of the MRO (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) Repair Stations.
