This position is responsible for the cleaning and processing of reusable pumps and durable medical equipment. The cleaning and processing of equipment includes all medical infusion and feeding pumps, bili-blankets, dialysis machines, commodes, shower chairs, and other equipment as directed by the Materials Distribution Management Leadership.  

The Supply Specialist I will perform tasks related to receiving, distribution and inventory management within the healthcare industry.

The Inventory Technician processes requests, pulling, and delivering of stock items to ordering departments. Also responsible for receiving and delivering special orders item(s) to the appropriate departments.

The Supply Specialist II will perform tasks related to receiving, distribution and inventory management within the healthcare industry.

Plans and manages central supply functions to ensure efficient operations in processing, sterilization, and distribution of medical supplies. Coordinates activities of employees engaged in furnishing sterile and non-sterile supplies and equipment for use in care and treatment of patients in a medical facility. Oversees activities of workers engaged in cleaning, assembling, and packing of linens, gowns, dressings, gloves, treatment trays, instruments, and related items.

Under general supervision, is responsible for picking, packing and shipping of all inbound and outbound shipments along with the duties associated with shipment preparation. The incumbent prepares bills of lading for freight carriers, assists in loading trucks and obtains signatures on shipments. Responsible for counting & recording material to ensure accuracy of shipment and receipt; performs related duties as required.

The Print Operator will provide exceptional customer service and solutions for client's copy/print needs. Will follow production processes to produce quality, professionally finished products using print and production equipment for cutting, binding and laminating. Will also service and provide basic troubleshooting for copiers and printers.

The Parts Inspector is responsible for inspecting  and ensuring the quality of incoming automotive parts.

The Site Supervisor supervises the daily operations of the office services team. Delivers office services such as document processing and retention, mail and messenger, office equipment, purchasing, and facilities maintenance that meet the needs of the client.

Under general supervision, is responsible for complete knowledge and understanding of litigation support software in customer location i.e. iPro, Law, Doculex, Adobe etc. Ability to operate scanning equipment including Ricoh, Kodak, Canon, Minolta etc. Coordinate, preparation, prioritize, process and quality check, documents for scanning, electronic file conversions, electronic stamping, blowbacks, indexing, load files, specified delivery media etc. Complete all projects per customer’s requests within established time frames. Maintenance of all scanning equipment and work-space is necessary. Resolve minor technical problems (when there are paper jams or scanning output is not up to par). May also perform other related duties as required.

The Records Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team working at a site's records department. Responsible for overseeing the storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all records.

The Claims Clerk  will review insurance claims forms and documents for accuracy and completion and obtain missing information as necessary. Determines claims coverage by examining company records.
