The P/T Supply Specialist III will perform advanced tasks related to receiving, distribution and inventory management within the healthcare industry.

The Site Supervisor supervises the daily operations of the office services team. Delivers office services such as document processing and retention, mail and messenger, office equipment, purchasing, and facilities maintenance that meet the needs of the client.

Act as the first point of contact for outside visitors, vendors, etc. Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. May arrange for transportation services when needed. Operates a switchboard typically to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls; performs related duties as required.

These activities include, but are not limited to, FIFO inventory movements, processing shipments, locating inbound materials, cycle counting and all system corresponding transactions. All activities supports annual targets in line with business Order fill, Case fill, Inventory accuracy, Gross Sales Volume and Manufacturing production requirements. Material Handlers will also be accountable for the accuracy of material financial system integrity
