The Regional Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting clients in the Midwest and East regions. This is a highly visible, outside-B2B sales position focused on generating multi-million dollar sales in the area of Discovery Services.

Who We Are Seeking:
Understands complex selling cycles and processes
Proven track record to deliver multi-million dollar sales revenue per year
Brings forth new lead generation methods, extensive cold calling and working collaboratively with the Directors of Sales and Operations as needed to close large deals
Perform extensive follow-up with business development opportunities
Knowledge and selling experience in the midwest and east region markets
Enthusiastic approach for the company’s solution and the client’s needs
Positive attitude, flexibility and personable style- Works well with local & national teams Work in a fast-paced environment, deal with multiple clients and handle a broad range of litigation support and eDiscovery needs.
Proven success selling litigation services Strong knowledge of litigation solutions: EDRM (electronic discovery reference model)
Possesses or understands how to develop key contacts at major law firms and corporate legal teams based on successful selling experience
Clear understanding of litigation project management (i.e. case management)
Clear understanding of operations & production processing
Tools: Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media/networking avenues to source and identify sales opportunities
Broad knowledge of litigation services marketing (planning and executing)
Extensive knowledge of industry product pricing Follow through on sales and marketing projects from inception to launch
