    Responsibilities

    Content Management System (CMS) Updates

    • Update and maintain content on Intranet homepage, site navigation, and other sections and content owned by Corporate Communications team
    • Ability to interpret incoming requests and execute deliverables with minimal supervision
    • Lead editorial initiatives and curate content, identifying content gaps and advising on future content
    • Update and maintain web content
    • Provide guidance, assistance and support to department page administrators to assist them with the maintenance of their pages and content posting
    • Train new department administrators on how to update maintain and update department pages
    • Maintain internal digital signage (flat screens)
    • Serve as primary administrator of internal video library

    Project Management and User Experience

    • Serve as a self-driven, primary point of contact for the company who loves digital strategy
    • Implement new digital enhancements based on emerging business needs and user experience
    • Maintain and update governance documentation for Intranet and Internet
    • Liaise with IT Support team to troubleshoot IT issues and implement site changes and enhancements requiring IT support
    • Work with agencies to ensure optimal UX and initiatives are executed on time and on budget
    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to manage projects

     

    Data and Analytics

    • Manage and develop reports on web content
    • Create client presentations, add insight to data, & evaluate site performance and improvements
    • Serve as the team liaison to pull together a holistic report that captures metrics across all of our functions including PR, Social, Employee Comm., External, etc.,
    • Able to establish baseline metrics, analyze metrics and propose ways to increase traffic and enhance user experience

    Qualifications

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    To be eligible for this position, the applicant must meet the minimum qualifications. Deviations to this requirement must be approved by the Compensation Manager or Vice President of Human Resources.

     

    EDUCATION

    Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, advertising, communications, or public relations

     

    EXPERIENCE

    Minimum 5 + years of experience in a professional/corporate environment is a must

    Experience working across digital marketing and comms platforms

    Excellent project management capabilities (scope, schedules, planning, etc.,)

    Exceptional communication and organizational skills

    Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

    Excellent team  player and collaborator

    KNOWLEDGE

    Basic understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry

     

     

     

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    Proficient knowledge of SharePoint

    Proficient or skilled with Google Analytics and SEO

    Proficient in Photoshop

    Creative and technical writing for websites a plus

    HTML/CSS Coding experience a plus

    Basic knowledge of Javascript

    Fundamental understanding of UI/UX best practices

    Understanding of email tracking systems
