The Copy Operator will provide exceptional customer service and solutions for client's copy/print needs. Will follow production processes to produce quality, professionally finished products using print and production equipment for cutting, binding and laminating. Will also service and provide basic troubleshooting for copiers and printers.
Under general supervision, is responsible for all mail, packages and interoffice correspondence handling and dispatching for all classes of mail/packages. Responsible for the handling, routing, pick-up and delivery activities of mail operation and the assignment & participation of tasks involving all other assigned activities
Under general supervision, is responsible for picking, packing and shipping of all inbound and outbound shipments along with the duties associated with shipment preparation. The incumbent prepares bills of lading for freight carriers, assists in loading trucks and obtains signatures on shipments. Responsible for counting & recording material to ensure accuracy of shipment and receipt; performs related duties as required.
Act as the first point of contact for outside visitors, vendors, etc. Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. May arrange for transportation services when needed. Operates a switchboard typically to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls; performs related duties as required.

Additional activities include, but are not limited to, pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, processing shipments, locating inbound materials, cycle counting, and staging finished product by utilizing common tools and handling techniques such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks while utilizing standard picking and staging methods.

Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for picking, packing, and all physical & system material movements which support the warehouse activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, FIFO inventory movements, processing shipments, locating inbound materials, cycle counting and all system corresponding transactions. All activities supports annual targets in line with business Order fill, Case fill, Inventory accuracy, Gross Sales Volume and Manufacturing production requirements. Material Handlers will also be accountable for the accuracy of material financial system integrity.

Under direct supervision, the Field Support Representative (FSR) is assigned to a temporary in-house talent pool which provides replacement and/or short-term administrative services in place of Office Service Reps (and others) who are out of the office. The FSR will be assigned a home location but will be scheduled to visit other client sites within the region to provide multiple disciplines (fax, print, mail, reception and other duties, as assigned).
NOTE: This position requires heavy travel (up to 75 %), and requires either reliable public transportation or a clean driving record and a personal vehicle. Business travel expenses will be reimbursed.
