    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate/schedule collaborative engagement meetings with payer C-Suite exec level  (scheduling meetings, document agenda, preparatory steps (documentation exchange, CDA signing),  managing invite lists, printing read ahead packets) 
    • Coordinate internal leadership participant and supporting vendor availability/scheduling based on subject/scope
    • Obtain/share overviews of payer attendees, bios, etc.
    • Coordinate meeting room holds, setup, external meeting room setup
    • Requires external facing level professional etiquette, communication standards, ability to navigate within large complex organizations to coordinate activities and schedule meetings
    • Work with multiple admins across internal stakeholders to handle travel/meeting places/meals/dinner plans, etc.
    • Maintain, prioritize, communication and pivot, based on changing priorities of meetings
    • Unique situations will require a tailored approach and sound judgment, using various relevant information sources to synthesize information, and prepare special reports and summaries
    • Coordinates complex travel arrangements for the faculty/manager, ensuring that all necessary files, materials, and supplies are assembled, and prepares the itinerary
    • Collaborate across external counterparts to communicate and plan for upcoming meetings
    • Manage coordination focused correspondence externally, able to handle confidential material in strictest of confidence.  
    • Draft, manage, distribute and follow-up on meeting minutes, action item lists as requested
    • Manage reviews of presentation materials, which will require engagement across the organizations (Legal, E&C, Government Affairs, Digital Medicines)
    • Organize/standardize archive of documentation, information, decisions, actions, risks
    • Prioritize and manage escalations and follow-ups
    • Coordinate speaking engagements/conference activities across multiple team members
    • Familiarity with healthcare ecosystem/roles a plus in order to navigate complex healthcare organizations

     

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science or four years of work experience required
    Strong commitment to client service combined with excellent interpersonal skills

    ● Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask

    ● Self-managed, thorough and results oriented
