General Job Requirements:

• Optimize site level performance across the delivery platform. • Working in partnership with the accounts VP/Enterprise Operations Manager (EOM), Sales Manager, and/or Operational Excellence Leader; support them in meeting objectives to include but not limited to: revenue, profitability, growth, process improvement, quality, and for improving overall performance against Service Level (SLA) targets. • Develop and implement site level business strategies with VP/EOM review and approval. • Establish objectives, operational guidelines, resolve service and management issues and set long-term goal plans. • Provide expert advice, direction, and counsel to first line supervisors, team leaders, and site employees. • Ensure that all CBPS and client training requirements are met (i.e. Individual Development Plans, SKILLS, Business Conduct Guidelines etc...). • Achieve financial objectives through the efficient use of labor, resources, and by limiting overtime expenses. • Drive accountability at the individual and team level. • Manage site level capacity planning. • Support VP/EOM, Sales and/or solutions personnel on prospective deals for the site. • Ensure the effective management of all projects and implementations at the site. • Manage vendor relationships, site infrastructure, as well as support and service functions at the site level. • Guarantee effective, consistent, and coordinated site plans and policies for safety, business continuity, people management, emergency management, etc.. • Ensure site procedures are consistent with CBPS standards and policies. • Manage site financial performance and drive site level cost reductions. • Ensure (through recruitment, strong management, succession planning, etc.) that the site is staffed with the right numbers of qualified people in the various jobs. • Oversee the overall performance of the operations at the site and ensure action plans are developed to correct deficiencies. • Supervise other key leadership functions delegated to or conducted by Shift Supervisors and/or Team Leaders. • Participate in meetings with the client and respond to client inquiries as appropriate.



Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar desired

Experience in leadership within imaging/document center operation

Experience coaching, training and developing others

Ability to lead and motivate production staff and supervisors  to get things done

 Experience coaching, training and developing others

Excellent written and oral communication, ability to bridge client and internal CBPS priorities

Expertise with MS Windows and MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel, Visio
