  • Uses various litigation support software at the client site – including LAW, Adobe Suite, EasyBates, Peernet to convert data from electronic files.
  • Processes native/electronic files to .tiff files using specialized software to index and edit the data.
  • Electronically brands and bates number documents using EasyBates and Adobe Suite.
  • Formats documents using Microsoft Excel.
  • Provides on-demand trial support both on and off site as scheduled by Site Manager
  • Compress native files sizes per client requirements.
  • Formats or modifies Microsoft PowerPoint documents for printing or large format, and will perform batch printing of formatted documents.
  • Provide sback-up support for Mail Runs, Reception, Hospitality functions, Mail Processing, Binding, Shift Supervision, and Conference Room set-ups.
  • Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.



May be required to lift boxes up to 25lbs and stand for long periods of time. Mental requirements include ability to be organized, methodical, detail oriented and able to proofread and verify work.


To be eligible for this position, the applicant must meet the minimum qualifications. Deviations to this requirement must be approved by the Compensation Manager or Vice President of Human Resources.




High School Diploma or Equivalent



Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Some data entry experience is preferred.



Basic understanding of electronic document management and creation, and Adobe Software are preferred.



Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Excel and Word. Importing and Exporting, Downloads, File Transfers, File Management are preferred.
