We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sourcing/Procurement Manager to come join our team in New York City! 


The candidate hired will:

  • Will work out of our divisional corporate HQ in NYC and manage a small team of Analysts
  • Leads Sourcing functions in the corporate HQ. Be responsible for the timely and cost-effective strategic sourcing of goods and services in accordance with corporate policies and best practices.
  • Have a strong background sourcing for office equipment (i.e. equipment leases) and software vendors.
  • Develop category sourcing strategy, identify needs and review requisitions for goods or services, collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop requirements, work with vendors to assess product and service characteristics (such as price, quality, and availability), manage the selection of products and services for purchase, and establish and monitor vendor contractual relationships.
  • Work experience desired: Have at least 5 years experience working in a Sourcing Analyst role for a medium to large sized company. In addition, At least 3 years of sourcing leadership experience (Managed a team of 2-3)
  • Be a “Hands-on” leader, works well independently and is forward thinking!

Areas of Accountability / Tasks

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that support stakeholder needs
  • Lead sourcing events in various categories from RFI development through the implementation of SOWs / MSAs
  • Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate supply agreements with key vendors
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve supplier performance through effective contracts and supplier performance management methodologies
  • Oversee transition to new suppliers post sourcing (including supplier on-boarding, catalog set up, etc.)
  • Keep abreast of market trends, changes in business, and innovative new goods/services entering the marketplace
  • Optimize and rationalize supply base on an ongoing basis
  • Seek to identify cost savings opportunities through frequent stakeholder communication and spend analysis
  • Provide thought leadership on Source to Pay best practices to cross-functional partners




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT or related field
  • Must have a passion for Sourcing-Procurement field and working in a structured environment
  • Have at least 5 year’s experience working in a Sourcing Analyst role for a medium to large sized company. In addition, At least 3 years of sourcing leadership experience.
  • Must have proven abilities to effectively coach/train/mentor various levels of team members
  • Must have a strong background in sourcing software & related technology solutions for various departments – Strong background partnering with IT departments
  • Any experience working in a shared services environment is a plus
