Under general supervision, is responsible for all file assignment & participation of tasks involving all activities; performs related duties as required.


  • Fulfill historical Statement and New Acct reprint requests.
  • ·       Fulfill historical Statement and New Acct reprint requests.

    ·       Fulfill non-historical statements, confirms, and 1099 requests.

    ·       Retrieve banking/loan/investment statements, copy of checks and wire transfer requests

    ·       Provide AVP letter retrieval service.

    ·       Fulfill Annual Report, Proxy Statement, Corporate Citizenship and Quarterly Earning requests.

    ·       Fulfill Diversity bookmarks and poster requests that are received through email/support line.

    ·       Maintain the distribution list for publications through List Management.

    ·       Create Job Tickets through OPAL to be used in the mailing of publications clients.

    ·       Verify, Sort, Pack and label requests received from print.

    ·       Create monthly billing charges.

    ·       Telephone and Email inquiries.

    ·       Process incoming supply, invoice and permit requests through P2P.

    ·       Service an expansive array of products/services.

    ·       Process requests through STARS – Service Tracking and Reporting System.

    ·       Support of CoB for CD creation for GTS Controlled Disbursements.

    ·       Monitor and submit all metrics reporting via Grand Central.

    ·       Track projects and create updated flows for the online support efforts.

    ·       Assist in special projects.

    ·       Understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.

    ·       Specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principals or standards.

    ·       Understanding the importance to the client and business in meeting service levels.

    ·       Excellent verbal and written skills.

    ·       Ensure compliance all client Information Technology Policies and Standards.

·    Additional duties as assigned.



· Ability to multi-task; customer service skills; interface with management on all levels, TSO, PC and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, strong organization skills as well as flexible and resourceful; one (1) year plus experience in Microfiche/Microfilm retrieval; excellent data entry skills;  experience in or the proven aptitude to quickly learn internal systems such as SPII, LM01, Citismart, PSYS, Pega and STARS; 


·       Requires regular twisting/turning/squatting/bending/reaching/lifting and prolonged periods of sitting, standing or walking.

·       Mental qualifications include ability to follow verbal and written directions in order to perform job and operation equipment


·     High school Diploma or equivalent                           

·     1-3 year expereince    

·     Some knowledge of the job. May not know all aspects of job at time of hire.

·   Computer skills preferred.

·     Ability to perform routine functions of most of the various equipment & systems (fax, scanner, metering, stamping, tracking systems, photocopying, color copying, binding etc.)                                

·    Close supervision involving detailed instructions and constant checking on work performance.                                

·    Contacts are primarily within immediate work unit.

·     Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must.

·     Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines.
