- Bachelors Degree, MBA is a plus

- Performance Track Record: History of achieving growth targets in enterprise account portfolios and establishing new strategic growth programs and new logos.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performance teams in a matrix organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to interface with executive leadership with top tier client base
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop actionable plans, and execute enterprise sales initiatives. Experience in shaping and implementing enterprise-level business strategies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Experience in managing and resolving escalations in a timely and customer-centric manner.
